Everyone's Biggest Managment Issue

I know that alot of people have said that Time Management is their biggest management issue, but at the risk of sounding like a follower I'd have to agree and say that Time Management is my biggest management problem as well. It isn't easy balancing a part-time job, being a full-time student and having a Girlfriend but I am determined to make it work because it is what makes me happy. I know how important school is, so that has to come first but I also need money so I have to work. And why else would I need money if I didn't have my Girlfriend to spend it on.
So that's my management problem and I hope to learn how to deal with it better throughout the semester.
