King Tut...that is the name my group decided on for our egg-protection device. Out of the five steps in the planning process, we went through four. We: 1) defined our goals and objectives; 2) determined our resources and goals vis-a-vis objectives; 3) developed several alternative strategies; and 5) implemented the plan and evaluated the results. We bypassed the fourth step, by accident. We had originally tried to plan certain tasks but when the time began to wind down, we each just fell into a role that allowed the device to be built on time. Yes, it was built but not according to our "tactical plan."
Judging from the outcome of our egg-protection device, I would have to say that my team's ultimate performance could not have gone any better. We followed the guidelines and our device worked. Each of us agreed on the final idea and helped out in the construction of it. I don't really think that our team could have been more effective.
As a side note, this class was, by far, the most interesting class I have had in my college experience. I look forward to the next group assignment.

Lets be optimistic, we will do better job next time. Even though we din not get the 5 points, we did get this wonderful experience, and we learned something from our mistake.
